CEM3330 Dual VCA

Dual VCA based on CEM3330 chip.

This circuit does not have a front panel, but is used for dedicated VCA's on LFO output (controlled by MIDI Mod voltage), and on the output mixer (controlled by the MIDI Velocity voltage). The exponential inputs are used, and the linear inputs are tied to +5v.
